Washington Institute - March 2004 We sent six representatives to NCJW's Washington Institute.  The conference was packed minute to minute, with very little free time. We attended workshops on issues relevant to NCJW's legislative agenda; Senator Ted Kennedy was the keynote speaker at the gala dinner; and the week culminated with a day lobbying on The Hill.  (All photos are thumbnails, click on them to enlarge the image).
